Simple Steps to Savoury Sabji: -

• Prepare the vegetables of your choice with usual apices in ghee/oil as you normally do.
• Add 1 tbsp of UDUPIWALA VEGETABLE MASALA to 500g of cooked vegetables.
• Stir vegetables on low flame for 3 minutes.
• Keep covered for at least 5 minutes so that flame and aroma of vegetable masala is retained.
• Serve warm with roti, naan, rice and bread for matchless taste.
